UK Orders

All Shaded Jewellery will be fulfilled and posted within the same day, unless otherwise stated as a ‘Pre Order’.

Upon purchasing a Shaded Hat, your chosen design is hand finished by Flo herself, including all stitching and accessorising, so please allow 1-3 days from purchasing for your hat to be made and sent. You will receive an update when your item has been despatched.

Shipping fee is size and weight dependant;

Smaller items (e.g Jewellery) are £5

Larger items (e.g Hats) are £10

Once prepared, all parcels are sent Next Day Guaranteed Delivery before 1pm as standard.

Your tracking number will be supplied after despatch.

Free Shipping on all UK orders over £200

International Orders

Shipping outside of the UK is simple and delivered within 3-6 days.

Shipping is size and weight dependant;

Smaller items (e.g Jewellery) are £12

Larger items (e.g Hats) are £30

Please Note

All orders outside the UK (including the Channel Islands) are posted under the terms of DDU. It’s the buyer’s responsibility to bear the cost of import customs clearance, and import duties and taxes.


RETURNS

14 Days to Return

We want you to love your Shaded hat no matter what, so if you find yourself needing another size, style or simply changed your mind, we will happily accept returns or exchange on all full priced items received within 14 days. Any returns made after this time will not be accepted. 

We ask you to please be mindful when choosing your new Shaded hat. We're more than happy to help- simply get in touch if you're in need of any styling advice, to help you reach a decision you're happy with.

As for our Jewellery, we cannot offer returns on earrings, due to hygiene reasons.

All other jewellery, with the security tag still intact, can be returned as standard.

T&Cs

  • All returns must be within 14 days of receiving order and in original condition, unworn and with labels still attached, to be accepted.

  • Because of the hat’s delicate shape, please return in all original packaging and protection to ensure your hat doesn’t get damaged in transit.

  • Sale items can be returned for exchange only.

  • The customer pays for return postage. We recommend using Royal Mail, but feel free to use whatever you’re comfortable with.
