Size Guide

All of our hats are Unisex and fully adjustable, using a discreet velcro fastening tucked under the inner band. Simply lift up the band, pull the velcro to the correct circumference and fold back down. It's neat and adjusts the inner band fully to your correct head size, without distorting the hat.

Our M size is our Standard 'One size fits all' and our most popular fit- fully adjusting from a size 57cm down to 54cm.

Our L size is our Larger range and fully adjusts from a size 59cm, down to 56cm.

We also offer a S size for our bespoke and Pre-Order creations, adjusting from 55cm down to 52cm.

Pre Order

Purchasing a product that is available for pre-order only is simple. Add the product to cart by selecting ‘PRE ORDER’ and purchase as standard. As this order is completely bespoke, this can be in a size of your choice (55 - 52cm , 57 - 54cm or 59 - 56cm).

The charm can also be different to what’s displayed, simply drop us an email to alter the jewellery at flo@shadedthelabel.com.

Why is it more expensive?

Due to having this piece custom made, we charge a flat rate of £20 on top of RRP. This has already been added and is inclusive of the price on the product page.

Production time

Lastly, please expect up to 6 weeks for your bespoke creation to be produced and shipped out. Once we’re ready, expect an email to state that your order has been fulfilled and is on it’s way. This will be sent special delivery before 1pm next day.

Storage and Care

All hats deserve love and aftercare. Which is why every purchase will come with a 100% recycled cotton Shaded Dust Bag.

To keep your hat in pristine condition, we highly advise storing it in its dust bag whenever it's not being worn - this'll naturally keep the dust off and avoid any discolouration the hat could come in contact with.

For removing any unwanted fibres and fluff off the hat, simply use a trusty lint roller.

If your hat suffers a freak accident and is misshapen, heat is your answer!

Simply use a steamer or iron on the steam setting to mold it back to its original shape using your fingers and palms. Re-enact the pottery scene from Ghost if you must. The hat should pop quickly back into shape.

Don’t directly apply the Iron to the hat as this will burn the wool and mark it. If you want to iron any section, cover the hat with a thin cloth (or it’s own Shaded dust bag) and glide the iron over the top of this.
