Shipping & Returns

Upon purchasing, each and every item is hand finished by Flo herself, including all stitching and accessorising, so please allow 3-5 days for your hat to be made.

UK shipping is £5 and sent Next Day Guaranteed Delivery before 1pm as standard.

Your tracking number will be supplied after despatch.

International orders will be calculated upon Checkout.

All pieces purchased through Pre Order will take 3-6 weeks to be handmade and shipped.

We will happily accept returns for store credit or exchange on all full priced items received within 28 days. Any returns made after this time will not be accepted. 

As we do not offer refunds, we ask you please be mindful when choosing your new Shaded hat. We're more than happy to help- simply get in touch if you're in need of any styling advice, to help you reach a decision you're happy with!
